The questions worth asking.
An interview is a conversation about fit. That goes both ways.

Ask about a real week
What would a typical week look like? How much time is spent collaborating, in meetings, or working independently? Concrete examples give you a better feel for the job than a general culture statement.
Understand how decisions get made
Ask about a recent decision the team found difficult. Who was involved? What helped them move forward? Their answer can tell you how feedback, disagreement, and ownership work in practice.
Find out what success means
Ask what the team hopes this person will achieve in the first three months. Clear expectations help you decide whether the opportunity fits your strengths and whether you’ll have the support to do good work.
