Help Northstar create products people come back to. You will own meaningful work, collaborate closely with a small team, and have the space to do the best work of your career.
We’re looking for someone who asks good questions, cares about the details, and enjoys finding a clear path through a complicated problem. You’ll work directly with our product, design, and engineering teams to shape the work.
What you’ll do
- Own projects from the first conversation through launch, with support from an experienced team.
- Talk to customers, understand their needs, and turn what you learn into better decisions.
- Bring clarity to complex problems and share your thinking openly.
- Collaborate across disciplines and help raise the quality of the work around you.
- Measure the impact of your work and make thoughtful improvements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with work you’re proud to share.
- Practical experience with Python, SQL, Machine learning.
- A balance of independent judgment and genuine curiosity.
- Clear written communication and a collaborative approach.
Experience in an early-stage product team, a side project that taught you something, or a perspective we don’t have yet is welcome. You don’t need to tick every box to start a conversation.
